Dr. Megan Boucher, ND is a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She completed the four-year Doctor of Naturopathy degree program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto after obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at The University of Western Ontario.

Megan’s journey with Naturopathic Medicine began long before becoming a student at CCNM. She has been a patient of a Naturopathic Doctor since early childhood and has experienced first-hand the powerful impact Naturopathic Medicine can have on prevention and management of illness. After working for a number of years as a Pharmacist Assistant and not seeing the health of her customers improving, she knew that was not what she was meant to do. The path to becoming a Naturopathic Doctor was an obvious one.

Megan focuses on evidence-based medicine and uses a combination of dietary and lifestyle strategies with targeted supplements, herbs, acupuncture, and physical medicine. She has a passion for supporting women’s hormones, fertility, thyroid conditions, prenatal care, and children’s health.

I became a therapist because I was a client. I tell you this because I saw firsthand how the power of counselling and psychotherapy changed me, my relationship with myself and others. I had struggled with anxiety and depression. You would not have been able to tell from looking at me. I smiled and seemed confident on the outside but on the inside, I couldn’t stand being in my own skin. I needed a change, a new life and I created it.

Counselling and Psychotherapy helped me to find the strength I knew I always had, a new appreciation for the intelligence of my emotions, and the ability to support myself or ask for support when needed. I developed a passion for counselling and psychotherapy because I saw what became possible within me and wanted to provide that for others.

Even though I was moving up in the corporate world I decided to pursue this new adventure. I attended the Transformational Arts College and was certified as a Spiritual Psychotherapist and then attended the Gestalt Institute of Toronto and became a Gestalt Psychotherapist. I opened my private practice when I completed my first program. I juggled my practice, school, my corporate job and being a mom and a wife. After I had my second child, I finished my second program, left my corporate career as an Operations Manager in Supply Chain and Logistics and opened my practice full time.

This journey, coupled with my experiences as a graduate of the University of Waterloo, allowed me to discover what is possible when we know what we want, has given me insight into what we are capable of with self-awareness and deepened my understanding of how to face the challenges that can get in our way.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am a member of The Ontario Mental Health Professionals Association and President of the Board of the Gestalt Institute of Toronto.

We all need a reliable, comfortable, and non-judgmental space to work through our struggles. Whether it’s your anxiety, feeling stuck, or something else, I can help.

Welcome! I’m Haley Veronyak, a qualifying registered psychotherapist looking to help you with the challenges of life.

My passion to become a therapist started when I saw loved ones get stuck in the hardships of life. Then I got stuck. At my lowest, I wasn’t sure what I needed, but I knew that what I wanted, wasn’t where I was.

I have first-hand experience of the value of taking the time to work on yourself and figure out your emotions to achieve the life you want. Therapy works with you to figure out what you need to achieve your goals. I provide the space for you to feel your true emotions, discuss your struggles and find solutions together.

I am currently supervised by Natalie Haynes (BA, RP, OACCPP, CAPT). My main clientele is adults struggling with anxiety, depression, personal and professional stress, relationship issues, and negative thoughts, behaviours, and beliefs.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, safe, and without judgment. Pour some tea, grab a snack, and make yourself at home.

When you’re ready, I’m here.

We all need a reliable, comfortable, and non-judgmental space to work through our struggles. Whet... Read More
